Damaged Lenses

If upon opening a new contact lens package you discover that the lens is damaged, save the lens and the packaging. Call your contact lens provider and ask if they can supply a replacement lens. You may be required to bring the lens and packaging back so that the lens can in turn be returned to the manufacturer.
