You should always have a back-up pair of eyeglasses - even if you wear your contacts all the time. For one thing if you lose a contact, or if you get a pink-eye and need to stop wearing your contact lenses for a while, youŽll need glasses in order to see. If you plan to wear them indoors only, you dont need to spend a fortune - get the cheapest pair you can find.
